theres a secret to catching Regice? o_O from how ive seen, there isnt a secret, because if there is, then there is a secret to catching Regirock, Registeel, Rayquaza, Kyogre, and Groudon. which i highly doubt there is.

Is this to open the Rooms to Capture them? or is it to open the three Caves?
Go to Sealed Chamber (Dive) then use Dig at the back wall of the room. Put Wailord at the start of your party, and Relicanth at the last place. use A at the back-back wall.
Regice: Go to Island Cave... Do 1 complete lap (Around the wall of the room)and the door will open
Registeel: Go to Ancient Tomb... Go to dead middle of the room and use Flash and the door will open
Regirock: Go to Desert Ruins... At the braille wall (middle of it) Go 2 Steps left, 2 Steps Down, then use Rock Smash and the door will open
