When i was swimming along one of the routes latias came up out o nowhere and it was lvl 40 i had a lvl 72 raquaza so i switched with clamperal lvl 39 but latias fled will latias ever pop up again?????

latias will reappear,patience is the key mr. mystery man.Also look in your pokedex for latias's location, she'll eventually come into your range again so you can catch it.If you ever had Silver/Gold/ or Crystal,remember the legendary dogs?(Raikou,Entei,and Suicune)if so use a similar strategy to flush her out,or just keep flying to different towns till she comes into range.(yes it is annoying I know,one of the few pokemon that MOVES LOCATION!)

dig...gimmie 5 and Ill see if you can purchase it somewhere in the game otherwise you'll have to find a poke that learns it as one of its standard moves
sorry the on ly way to reobtain the TM for dig is to start a new game or do an AR cheat for it(Id tell you it but my AR is in my moms car and shes some 75 miles south of where Im at currently so sorry if you wanted that!)but just go look for a poke that learns it naturally
If u need it I am positive sandshrew learns it,he can be obtained on Route 111 in the desert.

he had to have taught it to one of his pokes and then accidently replaced it with a different move and then didn't think about it and then accidently saved...alot of accidents,but accidents DO happen
