I already told mom that the pokemon was blue (latios) after i watched the tv but i Dont know where to go to catch latios please help

the first time you see it, it will be RANDOM. then you can track it in your pokedex, but whenever you switch locations(like cities to routes), it changes also, so it takes quite some luck to end in the same place with it...

And if you fly, it moves waaaaaaaay away from where you flew to. If you spot it make sure it can't escape, use something like a pokemon with arena trap, wynaut, wobbufett, lower-leveled trapinch, or a pokemon that has for a move, mean look, or do something as simple as use your master ball.

no u dont need to use ur master ball i caugth it with a timer ball u just need a pokemon with meen look and ill tell u somtin else go to lilycove then keep walkin into lilycove then walk out do that until its in ur area and arena trap dont work i tried it
