No Pokemon is the weakest unless a WILD Kakuna,Metapod,Cascoon,or Silcoon is at it's weakest level.A Magikarp or Caterpie could be Lv.100, and know Hydro Pump,Hyper Beam,Solar Beam,etc.

i think that feebas is the weakest. and magillaman, u r wrong with the makicarp since it can only learn tackle, flail, and splash

magikarp can't learn any tms, and it's SP def is lower than feebas, and as you all know water types onli have SP weakness... that makes magikarp twice as bad... and as for hp and atk they're insignificant in this case... if it were feebas v.s. magikarp then feebas would win... but the WEAKEST pokemon... that i can think of right now...
... ditto... it transforms into a slower weaker version of what ever you are... even if it versed magikarp... karp has more defense...

magikarp is the weakest until you get it to evolve then some people on th game are in trouble I just beat the 3rd gym with a Gyarados it is now level 30 and I have an ar but don't use it until after the elit 4 it is just funner that way won't you say. But sence Magikarp can evolve by level and Feebas can't it makes Feebas the weakest it has a serten way to evolve Magikarp does not sure you have to wait until level 20 butt it is still better than feebas 100%. So as my point Feebas is the weakest...

ok, i think that ditto is a bit strong with transform. Feebas and Magikarp r weak, so i think alll 3 pokemon r weak.
