Pokeball Glitch?

Is there any kind of button combo that will make pokeballs or any other kind more effective? I'm trying to get Raquayza for the E4 but I'm having a really though time.

So far that I'm aware of, No, I've captured Rayquaza before though, hard as was. my team didnt stand a chance against him then XD but i caught him. D:

Best bets to try B + Down, A + Left, and A + B + Up / Down / Left / Right / Up + Right / and Down + Left (Yes, when i said up / down and such, that means thats a second outcome of a good way, not use it the same time.)

I don't know if doing so really make the Pokemon get into the ball. Is there any proof by looking into the game code? To my belief, it's most probably a coincidence rather than a "cheat" button. People tend to emphasize the outcome of what they are looking for.

Hey, it actually does work in a way. When playing the games over the years, i've been testing out that theory. And it proved correct. I fought lets say.. Shuppet. One, i used A + Left. Another B + Down. B + Down didnt work, A + Left did, and leaving it free almost worked. So i strongly believe how you hold the buttons on the GBA, NDS, or whatever, does affect the outcome.

I have no idea if it's correct but iv'e heard that right when it touches the pokemon hold down A and B and you will have an 84% chance of catching the pokemon

I always button mashed A or B and it worked for me a little.

i think its hold B button when the pokeball opens to catch a pokemon

Ive heard that to. And it works better than button mas A or B.

You should have just brought great balls , they also work with the glitch , and are more effective than ultra balls.

But the glitch can be either down b , or hold select then let go and hit a and b.

just keep hiting b.

I always did B + Down or A + B.

Hey, isn't it a little depending on the pokeball, pokemon's hp, pokemon's level and pokemon's status and random luck? This thing with pressing buttons just sounds like hoax.

No its real it acutally works , like a great ball works with the tweak , ultra ball no , poke balls , another trick is press b and down quickly.

lol, it doesnt work, but its like superstitious (spelling). like knock on wood. but i still do it.

i always try b+down as soon as u throw it and then a+up when its in the ball

When I use the glitch, I usually press the B button rapidly, then right when the ball closes, hold B and press right on the D-pad. It works about 85% of the time. The lower the HP, the higher the % rate of the code working.

@ludda: The pokeball glitch is real. It's been around since G/S/C and I think R/B/Y. Many people have talked about it and discussed it on other sites, but like the name suggests, it's a glitch, therefore it won't work 100% of the time. Same with the GTS Cloning glitch, it's a glitch and is hard to exploit.

I just hold a,b,l, and r at the same time when the pokeball opens. It doesn't work, but I do it anyway

easiest way: master ball or timer ball are your best bet you can use provided you didn't do something stupid with your master ball like catching a lv2 wormple with it

I'be tested all of these and the best working are a+left, b+down then a+left whene glitches seems to occur its in the ball, and b+down. The glitches seems to activate when a random combination of an action button and direction are pressed when the ball hits the pokemon.
