My Boy Emulator for Android Phone cant get the cheats to work plz help

I entered the code for totodile and ran off into the grass areas and caught him!
And yes it is only one line of code and on MyBoy!

those of you who want some of the other starter pokemon if you have my boy you can go into the options menu hit link local then you can go create a new game then choose squirtle as your starter then go catch three more pokemon then with the link you take both charachters into a poke center and trade them from the corded place you can also link up wirelessly if you and your buddy are playing the same game then if you do write you both can play

I dont have an emulator on my android.. I just downloaded the full game. How can I input codes if anyone knows?

I have the free version of myboy. And I don't understand all the fuss about not being able to use more than one line. I figured it out within minutes. If the code takes 2 lines for instance. Do 2 cheat entry's. If it's a big code it will take you along time. But it's worked for me every time! If you can only do 1 line at a time just do more cheat entry's.

I Downloaded gba on my phone and have had success with cheats and I have the option on the screen but I Downloaded the same thing to my kindle but it doesnt give me the option for cheats what can I do to get the menu to show up? Thanks.

my suggestion would be to find a new emulator. some emulators for androids cant use any cheats like gameshark or action replay codes

hello, i just bought the myboy amulator on android. So i wanted to use cheats but when i ad the code it always ad spaces autmoaticly and as i know for gba codes you must not put spaces. can someone help me out plz?

How can i use the code breaker.? It doesnt work when i type the cheat.even if it is correct.
