rain dish is the MOST useless trait for ludicolo. with swift swim it outspeeds like EVERYTHING, which means that it can kill some things as opposed to just annoying. ice beam over surf to kill more things.
heracross- swords dance over bulk up. or use the choiceband set: focuspunch, megahorn, rockslide, and brickbreak/filler. two fighting moves only becuase focuspunch takes prediction.
jirachi- water pulse sucks. so does thunderdancing. calm mind is the only good move you have... calm mind, thunderbolt, psychic, substitute.

Serene Grace would promote the added effects(paralysis and confusion)of Water Pulse and confusion. While your opponent is struggling with lack of speed and confusion, you can Calm Mind, and sweep when the confusion's over. Rain Dance powers up Water Pulse anyway.
And as for Ludicolo, I thought it could be a major healer/annoyer, but it would be better off with Swift Swim, though. I didn't know that it could have that ability. With Ice Beam, it could knock out its weaknesses, which are Flying and Bug. Rain Dance also powers up Surf as well as Swift Swim, though... better to exploit weaknesses than defend against Fire.
For Heracross, Bleep's right. Swords Dance provides quick attack raising in tight situations, but I'm not interested in the Choice Band set. Guts + Salac Berry + low HP + Swords Dance + Reversal=major damage
I just think Jirachi's good the way it is, due to Serene Grace, and added effects can really screw up a strategy. But, maybe I'll consider using a Jirachi with his moveset and seeing which one works better. It is missing Psychic, though. Water Pulse can hurt against its main weaknesses, Ground and Fire.

with grace it's doubled, but 60% to CONFUSE isn't worth it... jirachi isn't the best gracer... if this was, say, 60% to paralyse (like thunder) that'll be different... but if however jirachi failed to paralyse, then it'd be tedious... ... ... the reason why this set is crap is becoz other pokes can cause both status faster and much easier (starmie) so... stick to calm minding... take advantage of being a steel type... or you could go nuts with the delay sets... or use wish and cosmic power...
i don't know... that ludicolo seems nice but it's so... blah, like, it can't kill others >< so wats the point... it stalls but thats about it, like good ol burner saurus XD...
flailing is always nice... you've gota watch for quick attacks which will most possibly OHKO you if u endured a KO attack... you could use sub, which guarantees a FP, but lol... well it'll activate a berry for ya too, and allow you to dance, maybe you should try that?
but hey~ gota admit~ it's a nicer team than the other ones we see no?
Dragonite: Your moveset is an acceptable one, but exchange Shell Bell for Leftovers, so you can heal while Dragon-dancing.
Houndoom: All good, except don't be afraid to use Substitute.
Hitmonlee: The set is a bit predictable. Many netbattlers and smart in-game trainers are familiar with this set. Endure can be replaced with Bulk Up, Liechi Berry is a better held item, Substitute, Brick Break, and Rock Slide.
Milotic: If this pokemon had a better base attack, it would be easier to use Facade, thus giving an advantage to status conditions. If it got bad enough, Recover+switch to a Heal Beller or Aromatherapy user. Otherwise, all is well.
Sceptile: Sorry man, but I'm not good with Sceptile. Ask somebody else for a rating on this one.
Skarmory: Skarmory is a bit risk-taking when you have the desicion of Toxic/held item Leftovers, or Rest/held item Chesto Berry. I would say the second item/move combo is better, due to a life-saving Rest, which gives you an extra turn at minimum, because if you could survive long enough to spike once and Rest, they're not gonna KO you in one hit. Third most famous Spiker in the game.
Rating: I would give it a 6, because I don't see any double-STAB, so that's good, but it would have deserved a seven if the held items were a tad better, and perhaps an eight if I could rate Sceptile as well as proper items.
