Bubble Jet... Bite For Ice beam
Horn Drill... Dig For Earth Quake ( i agree with your choice )Surf For Strength
Lightning... Great!
Sky Razor... Also Great Sky attack for Gust When its Time to learn it though
Vileplume(Wheres the nick name ):| )... Sludebomb For Cut, Sunny day for Acid Giga drain is fine!

blaze-blast burn and aerial ace for dragon claw and dragon dance if not then double team

bubble jet-water pulse for ice beam and acid armor for aurora beam

horn drill-dig for earthquake of course,ice beam for rock slide and strength for surf

lightnening-perfect maybe replace seismic toss for barier or double team

sky razor-gust for i would have to agree with team K.A leader
Vileplem-petal dance for cut, get rid of giga drain for sunny day\

all in all you have a very elemental team and good choices hard to be beaten when you got all different elements
