How do u catch Lugia,hoho, and legendary dogs..

Damn It I'm asking how to get lugia and ho-ho in fire red version but the only thing you all say is to get the nintendo events and where can I get it? USA? where the heck is USA in the fire red version map?!? be specific please!!!

We can catch it in the vermillion city. Go to the pokemart and fill the questionnaire with the words : GO TO Cold Water. Then another route will open to a cave .go to the cave and follow the ladders and you will end up with lugia

You Can Catch Only 1 Legendary Dog Per Game.Which Dog It Is Depends O What Starter You Chose.The Dogs Type Is Super Effective Against Ypur Starters Type.The Dog Changes His Catch Area Whenever You Go Throught Something (Example : If You Enter A House,Get In Another Route,Bleh) The Dog Is Always Level 50.And , DONT FORGET , The Dog ALWAYS Flees After First Turn.

there is one legit way to get lugia and that is to go to viridian city and go to the pokemon mart, then go to the questionnaire and fill in GO TO COLD LAKE and it will open a path for some reason it worked for me.
