yeah i used game shark there is no such thing as AR for gameboy color

the easiest way to get a shiny pokemon is t oget an ar and when you selest the game go one below so it would pop up as fire red or something then go down 1 so it would say (firered-pokemon) and select a pokemon and (i sometimes doesnt work and it will give you sunflora)then you start your game and every pokemon you encouter it will be the pokemon you choose and keep doing that and thats how i got VERY COOL SHINY ENTEI!!!!!!

well then you do have not beat the game because you always run in to a red gyarados. I have four shiny in my gold and I only played 50 hours. oh, and breeding twoshiny will not work. it turns out to be a normal, unless you are extremely lucky. can you really get a shiny starter? if you saved before choosing and just chose them over and over again would the possibility for a shiny justkeep happenining? in other words, if you save before choosing turn off and turn back on, could it possibly be a shiny? thank you. owner of deoxys and ho-oh on fire red, soon to have lugia once I manage to cathc ( Already found just need to catch) it.

for codes you mean?i don't know the only gameshark i have is for gameboy color and PS2 but there should be some worth wile codes in there.the only thing i use codes for is pokemon i don't like cheating with the other games then it will take all the fun out of it.
