I have a sycter(sorry bout spelling) at lv 60 at it still doesn't evolve at at all can someone plz plz tell me how. I will be grateful. The people who tell me i'll give them the cheat on how to get togepi on the i know how to get togepi forum.

u have to have scyther hold a metal coat trade it with a friend and when it evolves into a scizor trade it back so u both have it on your pokedex

It's easiest with an Action Replay, But you can also give Scyther a Metal Coat and trade it,
than trade back.

yeah, or get your friend to let you keep one that he trades w/ a metal coat
