Such a commonly asked question, without a AR/GS/CB cheat devices, or a Nintendo Event then you can't get the tickets. Maybe the code you used was false, or you typed it in wrong, or it does not work for that version.

Yeah its either you hunt down a Nintendo Event or find an AR/GS/CB code that works for you.
