From 1st generation game of pokemon you got to choose from bulbasaur, charmander and squirtle. In pokemon yellow you got pikachu and there was no choice in the matter. In 2nd generation you got to choose from cyndaquil, chikorita and totodile. 3rd generation you choose between mudkip, torchik and treecko. and with the 4th generation you choose from turtwig, chimchar and piplup. But if you actually had a choice to which pokemon you would begin your journey with what would it be? no legendaries please

Well, acually that's a hard decision. I'll name the top three I would choose!!!!!!!! If I had a decision, than I would choose Turtwig. I would choose him because Torterra can beat both Infernape and Empoleon. Also, Turtwig is pretty cute.
If I couldn't choose Turtwig, then I would choose.......let's see....hmmmm...Treeko!!! I would choose Skeptile for it's variety of moves and and high speed.
If I couldn't choose both of them then I would choose (not really since you have to use him in Pokemon Yellow) Pikachu. I would choose him for his high speed and power. Also because it's cute and Ash's pokemon.

I've got a toss up between Beldum, Skarmory, Aron and Onix.

Forgot I had this tag.

I'm also torn between Red and Green from Super Effective.
People kept asking me for minecraft skins. I now tell them to go to my website to request them.

I've actually done some runs where I've switched out my starter for a Sneasel egg...

I've got to admit if I couldn't choose Sneasel for whatever reason, Skarm would be a good choice.

Vulpix or Growlithe would be a couple of my choices for a starter.

Charmander, Vulpix, Growlithe, or Magby. Yeah I like fire types.

Why haven't they let us choose from any pokemon yet???

To stray from my fire loving path I might actually start with either a Ghost type like Ghastly or a dark type like Jirachi X's favoite Sneasel.

Actually, I would have to say that my ideal Starter Pokemon is Turtwig. It's one of my favorite Pokemon. If not it, it would probably be either Heracross, Pikachu, or Bulbasaur.

I would choose vibrava, sableye, or treecko (I would name vibrava fire eternal, sableye diamond boo(named after the mario boo), and treecko geoko.

I would always choose my starter pokemon as a fire type.
