Somehow I found out that Pokemon Hacking is better than cheating, I say because most people say that they need a cheat to walk walls, trees or others. Then you just need this program called Elite Map or Advance Map. The same as the level of the pokemon you can adjust the level by using Advance Map!

I really think this should be in a pokemon general forum. Unless it changed to just hacking GBA systems.
