On my Pokemon Gold game, I am stuck in the underground where you have to turn switches on and off to open shutters.
Does anyone know how to do it?

If I recall, you go in order of 3 - 2 - 1 and it unlocks the way to get through the Underground. 3 - 2 - 1 meaning from the farthest LEFT, then CENTER, then finally RIGHT. That is how the true path is opened.
