I used a Gameshark cheat for Master Balls, and I got an infinite Ball slot. Most of the items were just (?) and they had no use other than to sell for a TON of money. However, I also got some rare items, such as Brightpowder, Sacred Ash, PP UP and Hyper Potion. I also got two items that I have never found before. One was a Beserk Gene, which apparently maxes out ATK but confuses, and is a one-time-use item, and the other was a Teru-Sama. I have no clue as to what that is, and I think the Beserk Gene must be obtainable in some way without cheats or it wouldn't have such a blunt effect.

yes, you can get beserk gene, i think, i only think, that it is north of cerelean heading towards the blocked uop mewtwos cave...
that guy whos standing in the middle of nowhere, when you talk to him, he says that his itemfinder went beeping off, beserk gene is somewhere in the water near the old mewtwos cave...
however, i have no clue as to what teru-sama is...
