fave pokemon and why

I had used my Earthquake when I had that Mew, though. Since I restarted all of my games, I've kept all of my TM's. If i did get Mew, I'd get three of them and teach them these moves:

First Mew

Cut
Flash
Rock Smash
Sweet Scent

Second Mew

Fly
Headbutt
Strength
Surf

Third Mew

Whirlpool
Waterfall
Dig
Teleport

That way I could go anywhere in the game without having to use five or six Pokemon, and save the strong moves for other Pokemon. If I had a Mew with any four moves, they would be:

Lock-on
Guillotine
Recover
Tri Attack

I could think of better moves though.

lock-on and guillotine, good combination, but since you have those you wont need tri attack, so a better move would be...

lock-on
guillotine
recover
exsplosion

(you can use exsplosion when theres no chance of recover or if you run out of guillotines)

That would be awesome, and probably unstopable. Also:

I'm making a Water/Electric team. Any ideas?

Gyrados is a good water pokemon, can learn good moves
Not sure about electric though, jolteons pretty strong if used correctly

Nah I wouldnt get a jolteon. Get Raikou cant go wrong there. Raichu is good aswell. I must have built every elemental themed team possible over the years.

well, yes, but jolteon can be just as good as raikou, the moveset is the most important thing

for an electric pokemon i would chouse ampharos

lol I caught vulpix and kind of focused on him and i got him to about level 44 until I gave up it's a same he is such a feeble pokemon. Its stats were pitiful even though the moveset is pretty good.

try evoling him to a ninetales

My favorites are my Lv.100 Typhlosion because he could destroy all pokemon who dare to fight him, my Lv.45 Espeon because he is tough, my Lugia because he could defeat Elite Four Koga, Suicune because he's Legendary, Dragonite because he's tough, Mewtwo because he is powerful, and Mew because he is sweet.
