There is no Poke Flute in Gold or Silver. If you go into Kanto and listen to the last channel on the radio, it will play pokeflute music.

But only after getting the Radio Card from the Lavender Radio tower directow after you fix the Powerplant.

the exsp card or something, some guy in the lavender radio station lets you have it, then you can wake up snorlax and listen to kanto tunes...

Yeah,anyone gone into the Ruins where you find Unknown,and played the radio?Choose one of the last music,and it will say ????.It sounds like the unknown (to me) are saying "leave this place,and never return!"

and when your in goldenrod city when the rockets are taking over the radio tower, you can tune into a warning from them on the radio...
