Bill's grandfather on Route 25 in Kanto. You need to show him specific Pok�mon and he'll give you an evolution stone.

No but to get a Thunderstone from Bill's grandad you have to show him a Pichu, which you have to breed to get.

ooh. i got it. i never did that in my game. but once you get a pichu you have it till you release it. > endless supply of thunder stones
