You find it in Ice Path in a mini maze.

go from the mahogany side of ice path, and after you pass the first maze, go directly right and there should be a smaller easier one, and waterfalls on the other side of the maze...

In Ice Path, you have to skid on theice and that's how you get it.

Go to the Ice Path and you will find it after you do that big Ice maze.
