Would they add Kanto to HG/SS like they did with G/S? Also, will they keep Blue and Red? (If you didn't know, Blue - The last Gym leader. Red - Kind of like Ash. The strongest trainer in the game.)

I think they already confirmed Kanto would be in HG/SS. As for the other two, I wouldn't doubt it, they were major parts of the game.

Look, Johto doesn't have a Pokemon League of it's own. Besides, Nintendo already confirmed that there will be Kanto into the game. Giovanni isn't in the game, since it takes place after FR/LG, so Blue's obviously there. Looking on the map that Nintendo has put out, Mt. Silver is shown. Removing Red would make it just a meaningless dungeon, aside from the Pokemon you can only find from there.
