Well I'm not sure about Kyorge; but I've read on Serebii that if you faint stationary Legendaries (I think Kyogre is grouped with all of these) than going through and beating the Elite Four again, then going back will bring the Legendary back.
But I'm not sure about Kyorge; since you need an orb to get it.
Oh; & if you don't quite understand why "Serebii" is in orange; click the word & it will take you to the Legendary page on Serebii's website for Legendaries in HG

If Serebii is right, I can catch Kyogre again after defeting the Elite Four!!!

Hey if you ever want the kyogre or any other pokemon go to this link and post a topic with my name in it asking to trade. I'll give you any pokemon you want free, I have every poke in the game and the only pokes I care about is EV trained one's, so yeah.

Tip: Save right before you battle a legendary so if you kill it you can just restart.
You do what Serebii says to do & you should be fine. Kyogre will probably return since you always have the orb with you.
