Help Me Please

Please help me I play in Pokemon Heart Gold and my pokemons aren't strong enough to beat (rematch) elite 4 and its kinda hard now and my team are

Typhlosion 63

Mewtwo 74

Ampharos 56

Lugia 71 (Which I dont use anymore)

Lapras 56

Can anybody tell me what should i get and what should i use instead of Lugia to beat Lance and the Elite4?

ice pokemon are strong against dragons. I forget if electric is strong against then in that gen. and I'd keep Lugia. it takes a while to level pokemon up that high. teach it more dragon moves, dragon is strong against dragon.

So what should i do?

well, I would definitly keep Lugia, teach it more dragon moves, catch(Ice Path near Blackthorn City) and level up an ice pokemon, do the same for an electric type and get a steel type. dragon isn't very effective against steel. and have a lot of items.

ok, well, if you catch a Chansey it has a 5% chance of holding a Lucky Egg. if you let your pokemon hold it, it will get more exp. points in battles.

I've never done this but it was my back up plan for me when I was going through the league for the 2nd time. go to your home and give your mom all of your money, then just go through the pokemon league like normal and the pokemon that you do beat will give you good exp. and when you do white out, you'll only loose the money you got from the Elite 4. then each time, you can go further.

Electric-type moves won't help you unless you're facing Kingdra and its ilk; Electric-type moves are not very effective against Dragon-type Pokémon.

Capitalise on your Lapras and teach it some Ice-type moves.
