Fergaltr and Fergaltr make Todadile and you have to breed with two Poli-somethings and get poliwag, and evolve it into Politoad/.

You have to cheat. Since Fergaltr is only in G/S/C, and you can't trade between GB and GBA games.

You don't have to cheat, and Feraligatr isn't only in G/S/C.
Complete the Hoenn Dex (excluding Jirachi and Deoxys) in Emerald Version and go to Professor Birch and he'll give you one of the Johto starters. Trade it to LeafGreen and evolve it. You can also get it from Pok�mon Colosseum.

yes and you can use ditto to breed also its just as good as finding compatiblwe pokemon
...
