Need Help With Suicune | Pokemon LeafGreen Forums

Hey Guys,
I have recnetely started another game of Leaf green. I just cant seem to remember all of the requirements for finding my suicune. Alot of different websites have saiid different things that is why I am asking here. What I have: Charmander as starter National Dex Please help Please Feed Me!

hmmm well you just run around in different grasses til u encounter him, i suggets masterball x3
But im not sure which dog ull get Jordan  | ||

Suicune will appear as you have chosen Charmander. I think there's one place that 3 dogs are likely to appear: The grass that is enclosed by walls and cut-able trees West to Lavender Town.

Thanks for the help. But I have been searching for over 12 hours and still no suicune.
Some people have suggested that I need to do the puzzle on island 7 to unlock the unknown. To make suicune appear. Any ideas? Please Feed Me!

well, actually, Suicune is found like Latios and Latias, but you must have chosen Charmander as your starter. I suggest importing a different Suicune to Leafgreen so you can track the wild one via pokedex instead of trying to find it the difficult way. i do thatt all the time for Raikou.

You can always get another Suicune in a trade, then trade it back, then it's PokeDex data will show up and you can track it.
But don't got huntin' for it yet, if you don't have MasterBalls, then go into tha Cerulean Cave and catch a Wobuffet with tha ability Shadow Tag, this prevents Suicune from escapin'. This is exactly how I did it, the Wobuffet was around level 55-60ish. But it's hard, it WILL take multiple tries, just don't kill it cause it will never return, and if you damage it and it flees by destroyin' yer Wobuffet, tha next time you encounter it, it will ahve the same amount of health as it had when you last left off. I do have masterballs I cant get a suicune from trade, no body I know with leaf gren or fire red have one. I have access to a wobbuffet with shadow tag and crobat with meanlock both level 50 Please Feed Me!

Don't mention it. When I first found it I freaked out cause I didn't know tha 3 dogs appeared in FR/LG and it nearly drove me insane tryin' to catch it.

No, I was just on that route east of that city (can't remember name) with tha S.S. Anne and Lt. Surge gym and all of a sudden tha legendary music starts to play and I battled it. I was like WTH when I heard tha music and saw its shadow.
As for tips, stay in one sity with a route next to it, step into tha city, check ye PokeDex (this is after the first encounter), if it ain't in that route, step back in tha city, check again, step back out until it's on tha routes you keep steppin' into. do you have an ar or gameshark? if u do, then get a code for complete pokedex, and suicune will be in ur dex, which will make it easier to find.
