o ok i have a good water poliwag who should soon be poliwhirl (i think thats the next one) do i have to be him? in order to go thru the waterto the door right? sorry im not far enough to help u, if i was i would sorry

No heres wat you do:
Protect him till you get to ten. place him in front of the place where you use the key. Change his command to wait paietently. and move to the back. Then change it to Lets go togesther, and attack nothing. he should run into the HM

What is the SOS thing or whatever it's called? I just got the game yesterday and even though I've beaten Rayquaza I still have no clue what it is.

When your in trouble, and die in a dungeon, you have the option of calling a distress signal. If you please to do that, go to "Friend Rescue" and choose "Be Rescued". Choose "Password" and it will tell you a password. Post it here, and someone will rescue you. They will post an A-Ok mail. GO back to "Friend Rescue: and go to "Recieve A-Ok mail". Go to "Password" and put in the password that the other person as typed on. If its correct, you should be where you last started in the dungeon. Dont forget to send Thank-You mail with a reward!
How to recieve S.O.S mail- Go to Pellipers office, and go to the Pelliper to the left behind the counter. He will ask what you want to do, and click "Recieve S.O.S Mail". Type in the password that is posted here, and if its right, you will get a mission. Go to "Leave for Rescue" to do the rescue.
