Its not cheating its wonder mail,a mode made on PURPOSE so unless you wanna spend your whole life trying to get howling forest use the code!I already used it and saved smeargle and now I can do stuff in my game I couldnt before,stuff thats important!

there's nothing really u can do u just have 2 do lots of missions and it will eventually appear, though i'd think about doing pitfall valley first that might help u or u can try this code:

I did the smeargle mission before the mankey gang, so its not how far you are in the story, its if you have the friend are sky blue plains, and then just keep checking over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, and over, (ten years later) and over again.
