Surf and Waterfall is in Solar Cave, and Fly is in Wayvren Hill (Floor 30).

Uh you get dive on B10F(if you lost it if not you get link cable)B15F will always have waterfall and surf is always on B20F though you dont need a key for surf its surounded by water terrain

no you can get anything from 1 to 5. wyvern hill requires friend area dragon cave. get by doing missions that give friend areas (look at reward).
P.S. he's not an idiot moron, you should see some of his other posts, there great!. you need a key, you can get in solar cave or desert region, to get fly from wyvern hill, and be prepared for some tough dragons

Just keep playing through solar cave. have x-ray specs, and search out all items. that's what i do.

There actually pretty easy to find in solar cave 
But you can use what LOG said to if your having that much of a problem
