OK, you may need to level up to survive in some of these dungeons but:
HM1:Cut, level 80 Buried Relic(need key and mobile scarf,mobile orb or trawl orb)
HM2:Fly, level 30 Wyvern Hill (need key)
HM3:Surf, level 15 Solar Cave (need key)
HM4:Strength, level 60 Buried Relic (need mobile scarf,mobile orb or trawl orb)
HM5:Flash, level 70 Buried Relic (need key)
HM6:Rock Smash, level 45 Buried Relic(need key)[this is a very valuable HM, you'll see when you get it]
HM7:Waterfall,level 20 solar cave (need key)
HM8:Dive,Whiscash after beating Rayquaza
