Yes,if you are only posting everyonce in awhile just to keep your power,you do not deserve your mod spot and you,Penguin4.0,really dont help people at all.Didnt mean to be so harsh but give someone else a chance.

If I had to say a time when to report him it would be either immiediatley or just wait until later but we dont need a wasted mod spot so we should definateley NOT have Penguin4.0
