This is the wrong forum, but you need to have with you the Music box or its relevent part(rock part, etc.) When you have that the base befriending rating is 0.1%.

no this is the no resues or sos board, and to befriend them like he said you need the music box, or the relevent part, and even with that it is a very slim chance of befriending it, and once you befriend it it kills itself unless you turn off explosion. I befriend regirock and regicice, and on the way to registeel they got in a fight and both used explosion, killing both of them. and heavily damaging me. so if you do befriend them, TURN OFF EXPLOSION!!!!

no problem, and I didn't realize it but shark is right, this topic got moved, so maybe it is on the right board now, but it wasn't before. also a friend bow would help, like k dawg said, and I see that obi wan decided to stop picking on shark

yes, thx log!! oh, i forgot to mention important news!! here: ALL the Regi's friend rates are 1%! BUT, if you have the friend bow attached, are lv. 100, and a lucario rank ,you're chances of catching them raise from 1%, to 55-70%!!!
