lugia is at lv 30 with like 800 hp I think. 99 floors. Bring plenty off reviver, huge apples etc...

its really ezy if you have a lot of apples but if you dont got food your doomed(i did it when i was lvl 58 with only 2 hudge apples and won with only 34 hp lol)
