nope * is the highest i did one before and it gave me 1000 rescue points dont ever do that again

Anyway I've revised it w/ the point-Rank system (I saw this last night but I could get back on my computer.................)

You should do many e ranked missions though because you can obtain expensive items to use on harder missions such as reviver seeds by completing these simple missions.
