This needs to be posted in the other forum. But the answer to your question is as follows.
Vaporeon - Water Stone
Flareon - Fire Stone
Jolteon - Thunder Stone
Espeon - Sun Ribbon
Umbreon - Lunar Ribbon
Just take them into the cave, and give the items as evolution tools.

Then train Eevee untill his/her level reaches the "possible" status or if it changes by whatever, I've never evolved anyone yet.

I have researched more into the Eevee evolution thing, and I have found why you havent been able to evolve them. To be able to get Eevee to evolve to either Espeon or Umbreon, not only do you need the Sun ribbon and Lunar ribbon, but but Eevee's IQ needs to be at 4 stars.

for all the other evolutions, it will continue to say not now, but you can evolve it any time by using a stone.

no, you don't need dark pokemon for any dungeons, but here comes a list of stones and ribbons:
thunderstones are found on floor 29 of thunder field (raikou)
fire stone are found on floor 29 of fiery feild (entei)
water stones are found on floor 29 of northwind field (suicune)
sun ribbons are found on floor 20 of wyvern hill (key is required)
lunar ribbons are found on floor 20 of northwind field (key is required)

But the only thing with the Sun ribbon and Lunar ribbon, is that you can only get it once, until you use it. After you get it, there is a link cable in its place

no, it just means that the place with that pokemon is where you have to go, in case you don't memorize them by names, but by pokemon in the dungeons. you don't need anyone, it's just something I consider a helpfull reminder.
