lvl 85 raichu

mew is -10% i think so any way so its best your lvl 100 and have a friend bow if you have this its chances are 25% i think anyway

its not 34.8% at lv 100 w/ friend bow? thats what i remember when i fought mew.. =\

i thought mew was -10% at the start well i said i thought

i just got lucario rank and i raised my marowak up a few lvls to 84 so now what would the chance of me getting mew be because i really want him.

gettin mew at lv 84 w/ friend bo is abou.. 17.2% recurite.. not entirely sure but better then -10%

dude,your wrong!the dogs are higher recruitment rate then that!i remembered that their recruit rate was like 50++%

hey if they was 50% i would of had them by now i fought them 4 times each and they haven't joined so its most likey Master Vothawk is correct

LOGGY IS BACK! alright, to answer ur question, the dogs are 0.1% without bonuses applied. all in all you can make it about a 50 recruit rate with all the available bonuses

well actually the maximum bonus to everything is 34.8% witch is 10% for friend bow and 24.8% at level 91-100.

I know, I'm just saying, it is close to 50%. I said about 50% didn't I? thanks though, I didn't really specify that huh? oh and I bumped the topic with all info legendaries back to the first page, so if you have any further questions on legendaries please take them there.

hmmm ok i have a choice of getting a mew or deoxys first which one should i get keeping in mind that i have a friend bow lvl 90 marowak 87 raichu and lucario rank.

I would say Deoxys.

lets say its level 100+ friend bow its only 34% recruitment rate so if you didn't recruit it this time,try harder the second time! good luck! and btw,deoxys recruitment rate is -10%,the dogs were 0.1% and so good luck(apparently i made a mistake bout the dogs being 99% recruitment,so sorry if i was wrong)

it's okay that you were wrong, you gave the info you knew, and that you thought was right. anyway, the info on bonuses is good to.

Did anyone mention that your lead Pokemon must be of a higher level than the Pokemon you are trying to recruit? All of these "experts" never seem to remember to mention that or they just don't know, so bear that in mind when you try to recruit, OK.
I'm trying to come up with a list of all their levels but haven't had time yet or that might help you out some. If someone will post the level of the one you're going after that woukd be nice, huh? I haven't gone after the dogs a second time yet, but the Birds were at theses levels when I recruited them:
Zapados:Level 45
Moltres:Level 52
Articuno:Level 53
I've "heard" the dogs are around level 45, but I'd think higher-maybe Raikou is 45 and the others are higher like with the birds? Kyogre is supposedly level 37-but an easy recruit anyway, and Ho-Oh is supposedly at level 54. I'm gonna try to get him later, so I'll know for sure then, hopefully-LOL!-and come back to edit this, OK.

EDIT: I've seen it posted around that Entei's level at recruitment is supposed to be 45, too. Hope this helps.

Oh, and Kyogre is a very easy recruit-what level was he when you got him? I think it's supposed to be 37, but just checking around for better info, as is my aim.
