To steal from them easly all you need are some items i recommend:
1 ecscape orb- to escape safely.
2 cleanse orbs- incase you land on a sticky trap & it makes the ecscape orb sticky.
4 Huge apples- to make sure you don't faint from hunger.
If you find a kelcleon with some items you want follow these steps:
1. Pick up the items.
2.don't leave or speak with kecleon.
3.use the ecscape orb while on the mat to leave the dungeon.
Plz Inform me before you go on the journey that your actully gonna try it.

well i tried to use an escape orb after stealing from kecleon but when i escaped, i didnt have them =(

I recamend gettin a Ghost type poke, then stealing and travling throught the walls to the stairs.
