Action Replay codes?

I am thinking about getting it and the only good things I can find about recruiting other pokemon is the rank. Lucario Rank being the best, is there a code for it to get it early?

Rank does NOT affect the rate of recruiting other Pokemon.

Actually Nhahtdh I think it does. I am now a platnum rank if I'm correct. I went to Mt. Steel with a level 15 pokemon and it seemed like every other pokemon I defeted wanted to join my team. didn't happen when I was normal rank. and at the same level. And I wasn't holding a friend bow either. The only conclusion I came to was, Yes rank does affect recruitment rates.

In the guide that TFerguson wrote, he said no. He also listed everything that is available in the game (Trip Trap, not appear but exist), and he said no. Only level and Friend Bow do.
And another place, UPC, I can say, had had a look into the code in the game and extract the data. They don't mention the rank, only mention the level and Friend Bow.

You are just lucky. Everything has been generated when you enter the dungeon. You just do the exact thing that leads to the recruit success.
