i cant use certain wondermail codes because for some reason when i try to type them in, some of the letters/numbers are red and the game wont allow me to select them. is there something i need to do to unlock them? ive already beaten rayquaza.. please help me out.

These certain Wonder Mail codes...if some of their characters are red then odds are that they're fake.

They are letter available for a Pokemon name, and they don't make a new Keyboard. Instead of that, they reuse it and unable some button.
