pokemon mystery dungeon blue rescue team

so... i just got this game yesterday... well, my friend had Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, and Absol.
is there any way to get them for me?
i ONLY have 10 rescue team points...
can someone help me?

One, no Double posting, Two, you cant get them until much later in the game, Three, Try waiting on a response. people will see it and come later, Four, you can only get those Three Legendary pokemon after you beat Rayquaza. which by then Absol will have joined you, Five, By then, you will have a good few thousand Rescue Points.
