i cant find any kekleon shops in dungeons where im not lvl 1 can someone give me a sugested area where to find one

There maybe one in Frosty Forest, Mt.Blaze, Western Cave and some more but I cannot remember right now. But you need to be Lv100 and Friend Bow equipped to recruit this Pokemon.
