How do you get manaphy on your team? i have Phione, but i thought you set manaphy free

yeah you have to go to the beach after some point.
... I'm getting kinda annoyed I'm up to no. 3 and nothing is happening. I even have Dialga on my team. Do I have to try zero isle?

You have to unlock Marine Resort(Automatically unlocks after a few days completing missions)
Manaphy should come running up saying something about Marine Resort
Clear that stage and hopefully you should be able to evolve(Unless if you haven't defeated Darkrai yet.....)
