if u did the mission for the stone plate can u do it again to get another 1 and where can u get pichu for the enigma part

Normally, you cannot redo a mission that you've done. But I think it's possible that you redo it after a specific number of mission.

one image per sig. If you do not read the rules on sig limits, your sig will become locked.

People...it's called the Mystery Part; not the Enigma Part. You can get each of the items, Stone Plate and the Mystery Part, from optional missions. There are also Wondermail codes to get the missions for the 2 items.
May make random appearances every-so-often. Trying to officially return...
