I have finally beaten Darkrai, and though my guide say take 1 job and go to bed 3 times to reunite with Manaphy, I have yet to meet Manaphy and I have done about 5 jobs and slept a bunch more times.
Does anyone know of anything else I have to do to meet Manaphy?

Did you recruit Dialga? I dunno if that would affect it, but I had Dialga and not long after I beat Darkrai, Manaphy came back.

I have both Dialga and Palkia and still haven't met it. I also have Phione, Uxie, and Cresselia. I am just about to go back and recruit Mesprit and Azelf, and I am currently on jobs to recruit Eevee and his evo's as Quest rewards.

Right outside Sharpedo Bluff. I just walked out, then Chatot came up and dragged us to the beach.

Finally, Chatot has come, so I am able to move closer to my evolution. Thanks for the advice.

he wont show, im now master rank and im lvl 100 and when i beat darkrai i was like lvl60 and only super rank i done like 700 jobs why wont chatot show?

Well if the guide says to do that, do it in that order. Also It only took me about 2weeks (game time) to recruite manaphy.
