I have both time and Darkness. Whats the difference between them? I thought Darkness would have a diff storyline...

Nah they are only different in the recruitible Pokemon, the main difference is that in Time you can recruit Celebi, but in Darkness, you can recruit Mewtwo.

You can recruit Celebi in Darkness and Mewtwo in Time after you have done a special mission retrieved from Wifi. However, the mission is now expired. Therefore, the only way to do so now is using AR.
