Looks like it's stuck in the 50's XD.
Shiny Flareon and Shiny Vaporeon Definately Need work. Shiny Jolteon too.
Basically..Most of the 1'st Gen Pokemon shiny's suck.

Lol the only shiny pokemon I have seen is the Pink Celebi thats with grovyle while trying to cross a forest :P and maybe the purple kecleon bro, but I think thats it
