You can get Gracadias from Shaymin Village. Once you get one you can give it to Shaymin in a dungeon and turn it into Sky Forme. Sky Forme lasts until you leave the dungeon. When you have Sky Forme you have a 'Sped up' condition (AKA Time Tripper). So use this in hard dungeons and you'll have a big advantage.
