I suspect getting Mewtwo and Celebi in the other version has something to do with Secret Rank, though I don't know how it would effect.

Using Wireless communication, you can trade teams between the games to fight. These pokemon may post a job on the bulliten board with the Reward as ???. This could mean that they will join you. This can be done with any pokemon, including Mewtwo and Celebi. It has nothing to do with your rank.

i think you can get mewtwo in time but i think you have to graduated and rescued scizzor and have a certain dungeon unlocked with i think a mystery slab or the other part. i actually think you can get mewtwo, darkrai, and palkia. i'm not 100% sure but i am 25% sure.

guys secret rank has to do with the 7 wondermail treasures and the only way i know is to get rescued and convince someone with darkness to give you mewtwo

You cant get Mewtwo in time. Its as simple as that. You can get Celibi though.

You can get Mewtwo in Time and Celebi in Darkness when the WM mission is available on WFC server. You will have to connect to the server by Wifi and retrieve the mission. There's no specific code for such mission.
