to evolve chansey in any game, you have to do 2 things
1) train it (duh)
2) be nice to it
how to be nice to your chansey....
*capture it in a luxury ball
*give it berries (that it likes)
*use it in battle without letting it faint
*let it hold the soothe bell
what to avoid...
*letting it faint
*feeding it berries it doesnt like
