Where can I find a Dawn Stone and a TM 26? I have a male Ralts I wanna evolve into its new form and I want to teach my Infernape Earthquake. So please help general area would be okay.

You find TM 26 in the Wayward Cave or the Battle Park. -looking for dawn stone-

You find the Dawn Stone in Mt. Coronet (sorry, but I'm not sure exactly were because Mt. Coronet is huge)

if you have a pokemon with the pickup ability, than you can get both... with luck

dawn stone is underground, good luck with that there are very low odds that you will find it
