ARCEUS. obviously. You can give him any plate and it'll become that type. Judgement even changes type too! and he has the highest HP among lengendaries. (duh)

i think it truely depends on how its movesets/IVs/EVs/level are. in my personal oppinion it would either be lucario, metegross, or an empoleon but htats just what i think

Dudes.. strongest is dependent on how you view it.
Base Stats for strongest attack strength: Ramparados
Overall: Various opinions as to who it is. I personally don't care who's stronger then who. I fight with my favorites, so to me they're the strongest.

The strongest depends on how you train it and the moves you teach it. So if you want your pokemon to be the strongest level it up by training it, don't give it rare candys because that lowers there stats. On my opinion rayquaza is the stronest because no ones been able to faint mine.

i say Event pokemon arceus not Event maybe mewtwo since psychis kills anything besides uneefective pokemon and it can kill them with anything.however ratatata is up there for one reasonF.E.A.R give it focus sash use endevor then quick attack only if ur slower though.
